Brand Strategy, Creative Direction

Talent Attraction

Background
A global professional services firm had a strong employer story, particularly once candidates began interacting directly with its people. The opportunity was earlier in the journey: communicating its culture, career opportunities and international environment while graduates were still deciding where to apply.
Challenge
How could an established global organisation strengthen its presence among new graduates before the more personal stages of recruitment, while standing apart in an intensely competitive talent market?
What I did
Working as part of the consulting firm's internal design team, I contributed to the strategy and creative direction of a recruitment communications programme spanning digital and physical touchpoints.
The work included content strategy, a graduate recruitment publication and support for a dedicated social media presence. Rather than treating recruitment as job advertising, the content focused on people, career development, mentorship, diversity, everyday working life and international opportunities.
Outcome
The project created a more coherent recruitment narrative across channels and strengthened the organisation's ability to communicate its culture earlier in the candidate journey.
