• 手放して得た余白 / What I Gained by Letting Go

    以前の環境を離れたことで、短期的には失ったものもあります。それでも、新しいことを学び、人と出会い、自分の中に余白を取り戻せたことの価値はそれ以上でした。キャリアは上に進むことだけではなく、手放すことで初めて開ける道もあると感じています。

    Leaving my previous corporate environment came with trade-offs, but it also gave me back space I did not realise I had lost. I am learning new things, meeting different people, and opening myself to opportunities that would not have existed before. Sometimes career progress looks less like climbing and more like making room for what comes next.
